New Shipping Fees (As of September 30, 2007):
Due to the rise in postage by the US Postal Service, our shipping fees have changed. See above chart for rates. Please note, our shopping cart only calculates postage by sub-total, not by weight. Therefore, if your postage fee is $5 or more than the actual postage fee you will be issued a store credit for that amount which must be used within 30 days.

Note: Orders over $300.00 will be charged an additional shipping fee. This also applies to orders containing oversize or heavier items. Due to the nature of the PayPal shopping cart system, the additional shipping fee will not be charged at the end of the transaction. You will recieve an additional bill via PayPal requesting the extra postage fee.


New York residents are required to pay 8.375% sales tax.

The above-mentioned shipping fees only apply to customers in the United States. International customers must pay appropriate Internatioanl fees. If you have any question, please email us prior to pacing your order.

International packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Note: Packages shipped by this method can not be tracked in case of loss or delay. If you want to be able to track your package in case of loss or delay you must choose to have the package shipped via USPS Global Express International. This is the only way of tracking your package if it is lost or delayed.

For phone orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover which will be processed via PayPal's Virtual Terminal. Customers paying via postal service can send a money-order (no personal checks) to:

GENERAL RETURN POLICY (As of July 4, 2007):
Due to the high amount of returned items, Red Planet Toys will now charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned, non-damaged items. We respectfully ask that you please make sure that you want the item before ordering. Note: This does not apply to high-end collectibles or custom/kibash figures. Please see "Return Policy for High-End Collectibles and Custom/Kibtash Figures" below for details.

RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS (Note: This does not apply to high-end collectibles of custom/kitbashes):

Please note that all figures are inspected, through the clear plastic window (without being opened), before being shipped to you. We do not ship out obviously damaged items. If you happen to receive a damaged item, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Please email us telling us exactly what is damaged or missing. If the item is currently in stock, we will exchange it for the same item. If it is on back-order, you can either wait for us to receive it again or we can offer you a store credit. If the item is out of stock and no longer available from the manufacturer, you will be issued a store credit (this does not include postage). There are no refunds for damaged items.

RETURN POLICY FOR HIGH-END COLLECTIBLES AND CUSTOM/KITBASH FIGURES:
High-end collectibles (ie: statues, busts, premium format statues and some limited edition figures) and custom/kitbash figures are NOT RETURNABLE nor REFUNDABLE. Please be very sure that you want this item when placing your order. If you decide that you do not want it once it arrives, we suggest selling it on eBay. Many of these high-end collectibles are very sought-after. We are sure you can easily sell it on eBay and perhaps even make a profit :)

We strongly recommend that you choose to have the item shipped insured to cover you in case of damage.
